What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers, through LawPay's secure portal — the payment processor built for law firms. Trust-account deposits are IOLTA-compliant.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by LawPay (PCI-compliant). Minerva Defense never stores your card or banking information.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes — an email receipt arrives immediately after your payment is processed, with the amount, date, and transaction ID for your records.
Can I set up a payment plan?
Often, yes. Legal representation is a significant expense, and it's worth a conversation. Call to discuss options that fit your situation.
