About Brad Jubber

Brad Jubber has been a Wisconsin lawyer for more than ten years. He is a litigator by trade and by temperament: his work has always lived in courtrooms and hearing rooms rather than behind a desk, and criminal defense is where much of that courtroom work happens today. Over that time he has handled hundreds of matters in courts across the state.

Before law school, Brad trained as an engineer. That habit never left: take the system apart, understand every piece, and plan for what can fail. It is the same way he prepares a defense: read every page of discovery, test the State's assumptions, and know the case better than anyone else in the room.

How this practice works

Minerva Defense is small by design. There is no intake team and no hand-off to an associate. The attorney you talk to on the phone is the attorney who reads the police reports, files the motions, negotiates with the prosecutor, and stands next to you in court.

Every case is prepared as if it is going to trial. Most cases resolve short of one, but the cases that resolve well are the ones the other side knows are ready. That preparation, not volume or bluster, is what moves outcomes.

And because arrests don't keep business hours, neither does the phone. Nights and weekends included.
